Tim, a military veteran of the Army's elite 75th Ranger Regiment, leads the firm's personal injury, maritime injury, and civil litigation practice groups. He has spent more than 11 years litigating complex civil litigation cases, including dissolution of marriage cases, motor vehicle crashes, truck accidents, motorcycle crashes, slip & falls, premises liability, negligent security, medical malpractice, product liability, construction site accidents, class action lawsuits and maritime injury claims, including cruise ship passenger injury claims, Defense Base Act claims, Longshore and Jones Act claims.

Christian is our firm's principal criminal defense and Dependency litigation attorney. Christian spent years working as a Florida Assistant State Attorney, where he prosecuted and tried serious felony cases. Here, Christian honed and polished his jury trial skills and ability to think and work effectively under pressure.

Prior to his service as a prosecutor, Christian was selected, based on his superior law school grades and skill, to serve as a Law Clerk for the Florida Supreme Court. Here he worked directly for Supreme Court Justices on complex civil and criminal cases.  Prior to law school, Christian was an investigator with the Department of Children and Families (DCF), where he investigated cases of child abuse and neglect. Christian's experience sets him apart from other local family law and criminal defense attorneys.

Tim and Christian have known each other their entire lives try all cases together as a powerful and close-knit trial team.
